WE CARE FOR YOU

Our care ministry exists to love and support people during a time of need. We offer many areas of support and want to help you in whatever way we can.

If you have a pastoral emergency, please call 214-368-1435 and you will be directed to a minister. 

We provide assistance and confidential pastoral care from our dedicated Care Connect and ministry staff for the following needs: 

PRAYER: At UPUMC we believe that prayer matters. We receive prayer requests each week and want to help you during your time of need. 

HOSPITAL & HOME VISITATION: Our Care Connect and pastoral staff makes regular visits to hospitals and assisted living centers. Please fill out our form or call us for visitation requests.

GRIEF SUPPORT: At UPUMC we seek to surround grieving individuals with prayer, practical assistance, spiritual guidance, and ongoing connection during one of life's most difficult transitions.

TRANSPORTATION: The Care Connect team helps church members overcome transportation barriers that may prevent them from accessing medical care.

MEAL DELIVERY: Through the gift of a prepared meal, Care Connect offers a tangible expression of Christ’s love and the care of the church community.

JOYS & CELEBRATIONS: We want to recognize and celebrate significant milestones, accomplishments, and blessings in the lives of church members and regular attendees.
