UMW CIRCLE GROUPS
Circles are groups of women that meet to discuss topics such as Bible study, spiritual growth and mission. Circles support a local mission chosen by the circle participants.
Deborah Circle
The Deborah Circle welcomes women of all ages who are mission-minded and want to nurture friendships. We enjoy fellowship and hands-on local mission projects. Deborah Circle meets at the church the second Monday of each month at 10am.
Mary Martha Circle
Dedicated women with young-adult children meet to plan volunteer projects that involve local mission partners such as Wesley-Rankin Community Center, Dallas Bethlehem Center, C.C. Senior Living Community, and Methodist Dallas Medical Center. They meet in members’ homes throughout the year.
Lydia Circle
Devoted to knowing the Lord and serving those in need while engaging with each other, Lydia Circle is a connected group of working (or recently working) professional women of all ages who meet monthly to alternately study the Bible, engage in mission, and spend time in fellowship. We welcome new members, new ideas, and new challenges. Meetings are typically held at UPUMC on the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm.
UWF READING PROGRAM
For over 150 years, members of United Women in Faith and predecessor organizations have been involved in mission that includes prayer, study, and action. The Reading Program is a study opportunity, but it should also lead to action.
