Lydia Patterson 2022-2023 Scholarships

UPUMC is grateful for our connection to the Lydia Patterson Institute, a Methodist Christian college-preparatory school in El Paso, Texas. This year, UPUMC is sponsoring two Lydia Patterson Institute students with full scholarships during the 2022-2023 school year. These students, Alexis and Rotsen, are both members of the Nuevo Pacto church, a partnering ministry of Operación Abrigo. Providing Aid to Ukraine

In response to the ongoing violence in Ukraine, the United Methodist Church in Ukraine and Moldova has created a crisis committee to oversee all incoming foreign support through UMCOR Advance #14053A and directs it to assist refugees within and outside of Ukraine. 100 percent of all donations will reach the refugees.
