The Rev. Leighton Bearden, senior pastor
Leighton has been senior pastor at UPUMC since June 2007. All of his pastor experience has been in the North Texas Conference. Before coming to UPUMC, he was senior pastor at First United Methodist Church of Rowlett, and before that, he was pastor of First United Methodist Church of Grand Prairie. He served as the sole pastor at Wesley Church in McKinney for 10 years, and he was an associate with Christ Church in Farmers Branch before that. The Rev. Dr. Rebecca Frank, senior associate pastor and Mission and Outreach Ministries
Rebecca was appointed to UPUMC in 2006. She spent the previous four years at Highland Park UMC. She is a graduate of SMU's Perkins School of Theology, and she became an ordained elder in 1997. Throughout her career, she has focused on a variety of ministries, including Youth, Congregational Care and Outreach. She currently serves as the minister of Mission and Outreach Ministries for UPUMC.

The Rev. Larry Ravert, Congregational Care Ministries
Lawrence (Larry) D. Ravert is a native of New York and came to Texas after four years in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of Trinity University, San Antonio, and Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. He is retired from the North Texas Conference after serving small and large churches throughout the conference. He and his wife, Carol Ann, have been married since 1959 and have three children and six grandchildren. E-mail Larry.
Wynn Moore, administrative assistant
Wynn has been part of the UPUMC staff since 1996, and she is responsible for managing membership records and supporting the senior pastor, Congregational Care Ministries, and Mission and Outreach Ministries. Previously, she worked for St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Dallas and Pulaski Heights UMC in Little Rock, Ark. As an Arkansas native, she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and continues her education at Collin Creek Community College. Wynn is married to Don Moore, who leads the contemporary worship for First United Methodist Church of McKinney. E-mail Wynn.
