	Mission Outreach Ministry We believe that service to others is a vital element in Christian discipleship. Jesus Christ inspired and moved all Christians to be caring people. In gratitude to God and ever mindful of those in need, our church and its members continue to be involved in the Methodist tradition of reaching out in service to others. We offer a number of opportunities to serve others, whether by working with local and global missions or supporting charitable organizations. We welcome all members and guests to join us in bringing Jesus Christ to others through service. Tweet			Local Missions Global Missions Share the Light gift program Current opportunities to donate: January mission opportunity Epiphany Toy Drive The Christmas season lasts from Christmas Day to January 6 when the Epiphany Season begins. Epiphany is a time to remember the Wise Men bringing gifts to Baby Jesus. TheEpiphany Toy Driveis a great way for children to be involved with mission to others. Please help your children go through their toys and pick out some that are gently used to donate to charity. Toys will be collected throughout the month of January. Bring your donotions to the Connection Center. North Dallas Shared Ministries NDSM needs to staff the 8 clinics they operate each week that serve the less fortunate in our community. If you are a Primary Care provider, physician, physician's assistant, nurse practitioner or dentist please consider donating 2-4 hours once a month (or more).
