George O'Reilly, director of administration and development
George has been a member of UPUMC since 2000, and he joined the staff in 2005, four years after retiring from his 32-year career in the corporate sector. He earned a degree in industrial engineering from Oklahoma State University before serving in a variety of roles with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, AT&T, Bell Communications Research and SBC Communications. E-mail George.

Constance Harp, finance manager
Constance has been with UPUMC since January 2000, and she previously served on the staff from 1996 to 1998. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Miss. She and her husband, Willie, have three children. Mary McElyea, finance assistant
Mary joined the church staff in 2007, and she and her husband, Joe, have been members of UPUMC since 2002. She was born in San Carlos, Calif., and grew up going to Catholic schools. She moved to Texas the first time in 1968, and she returned here in 1988 after spending 17 years in Colorado and New Mexico. Nancy Bryan, director of communications
Nancy is a life-long Methodist. She received her BA in Communications from Stephen F. Austin in 1993 and  has worked in print collateral, corporate identity, editorial, photography, and art direction for both the advertising and non--profit worlds. Carolyn Washburn, communications manager
Carolyn has been with UPUMC since 1996, working first in Children's Ministries and later in Communications. She grew up in the Dallas area and currently lives in Irving. She has two grown children: Tracy and Jason. E-mail Carolyn.
